At egoflex.com we stand behind the quality of all of our products, and we will do our best to make things right! If you are not satisfied, we want to know about it. OUR GUARANTEE IS SIMPLE

We offer a 30 days return and exchange period from the date of order. To be eligible for a refund, your item must be unused, unopened and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

HOW CAN I GET AN EXCHANGE?

Product concerns made known within 30 days from the date of purchase are eligible for a replacement, free of charge. Get in touch with our friendly customer service team to set up a replacement on your account and we'll send off the new item(s). 

WHEN CAN I EXPECT MY REFUND?

Customers returning item(s) can expect to be refunded (store credit when applicable) in the method in which they paid within 7-15 business days of our receipt of their accepted return. A refund will not be processed until the product is received by our warehouse. 

SHIPPING CHARGES

Shipping charges are non-refundable, except in the event of a packing error.

INCOMPLETE ORDER(S) AND LOST PACKAGE(S)

Any incomplete orders, lost packages, or incorrectly received products must be reported to our customer service team within 30 days of the original order date to qualify for a replacement.

INCORRECTLY ORDERED PRODUCT(S)

Any and all items that were ordered incorrectly, opened and used in any way are non-refundable. We cannot resell an item once it has been opened.

INSTRUCTIONS

In order for you to ship the item(s) for refund or exchange, you will need to contact us to obtain a return authorization number (RMA#), the RMA number will be valid for only 10 days. Any returns without a return authorization number are subject to a 20% restocking fee.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning the item(s). Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Please do not mark or write on the product itself or its packaging. Use a suitable shipping box and packaging material to protect the product and its contents. If you send your RMA back to us via the US Postal Service, we recommend that you request a delivery confirmation. We are not responsible for lost shipments returned to us.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance.
